FOR the whole of this month, customers and staff at the White Bear in Shipston will be sporting hairy top lips for 'Movember’.
All participants start off clean-shaven, then grow and groom their moustache all month long to raise money and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer.
Sponsorship forms for the ‘Hairy Bears’ are available in the bars of the White Bear.
Movember was invented in 2003 by a few friends over a beer in a pub just outside Melbourne, Australia, and since then it has now grown into a global movement, with campaigns in 21 countries.
