MAY I thank the very generous people of Evesham for their donations to our collection at Morrisons supermarket on Saturday, March 7.
The sum raised was a tremendous £521.75 during the hours of 10am to 3pm, and this will go towards providing players and memory sticks for our sight-impaired listeners to be able to enjoy their local news as recorded for them by our volunteers.
No charges whatever are made to our listeners for the service we provide.
We would also like to thank our four listeners who came along to support the collection, bringing their guide dogs with them.
