AMBASSADOR Snooker Club and Golf Society had a fundraising day and night in October to help Groovin for a Cure, a Cancer Research Relay for Life team.
After a fantastic day of golf, the players returned to the Ambassador Club, where an evening of fun and live music from The Pleasuredome helped to raise the total £1,940.
We would also like to thank Tim and Becky Williams for their amazing efforts with the Christmas light display on Broadway Road, Evesham. The lights raised an outstanding total of £576.51.
The totals of both of these events would not have been possible without the generosity of the public.
Groovin for a Cure's next fundraising event will take place with the ultimate 80s cover band The Pleasuredome at the Ambassador Snooker Club on April 25.
If you missed it the first time, put this date in your diary.
Many thanks to all who have supported us.
