A BIG thank-you to the mum, with her small baby and her mother, who supported me through a traumatic experience due to signalling issues from Moor Street to Stratford on Monday, December 1.

They promised to stay with me as we got tipped off a train at Whitlocks End waiting with 100 others for another train.

I only got off after I pushed the emergency button. I needed ramps and the staff were not to be found! We got to Stratford two hours late.

This has been going on for weeks. London Midland have got to sort out their signalling fault soon.

But the passenger support I had was amazing. Thank you.
