IS it just me, or are the pavements in High Street, Evesham, more congested than the roads? If I'm not dodging mobility scooters I'm being run down by cyclists. What's going on? When I was a child, if I had cycled on the path a not-so-friendly policeman would have given me a right dressing down and put the fear of God into me.
Is it no longer an offence or is it that nobody cares any more?
