THERE is hardly a week goes by when the question of cleanliness of our town is raised by members and of the Worcestershire County Council is responsible for cleaning the streets of Evesham, and we (EDPA) are becoming more and more angry and frustrated that the pavements, roads, and the cleanliness' of our town centre and side streets does not appear to reach their claim that our town is above the average standard.
If this is true, why is it looking so dirty?
