OUR April meeting was well attended and the club welcomed more new members. This meeting was a fascinating talk by Will Scott entitled The Walled Garden.

Will gave a history of this type of gardening which became a popular form of gardening in Victorian times. His own walled garden in the centre of Worcester was a work in progress but it was evident from the photographs displayed that each area of the garden had been designed to maximise its potential and productivity. Will happily responded to members questions after his talk had ended.

Our next meeting on Wednesday 24 May is a talk by Fiona Warin entitled The Land Girls. We look forward to seeing everyone at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall as usual.
