THE March meeting of Bidford on Avon WI was held at The Bidford on Avon Methodist Church. Shirley McAloon welcomed members, a new member Val Gates and several visitors.
All the details of events, outings and classes were detailed in the monthly newsletter.
The speaker was Rob Williams from the St Johns Ambulance. Rob detailed the essential facts of what to do before the ambulance arrived, demonstrated the correct way to resuscitate and answered many questions. A really excellent informative speaker who would obviously be great to have around in an emergency.
The next meeting is April 13, 7.30pm at the Bidford Methodist Church. This is to be a messy artistic Fun Night inspired by a member. It will be fun and a night not to be missed!
