SO far this year Pershore's own members have provided the entertainment at our monthly meetings. In January Elizabeth Kearney gave a most interesting talk about receiving the gift of Maundy Money from HM the Queen. Last month various members exhibited their talents and interests including different crafts, playing hand chimes and a display of Ladybird books and a quiz.

Members continue to play skittles, work on projects to celebrate our 100th anniversary In 2016 and have taken part in the county quiz. We are looking forward to the Group Meeting at Peopleton on March 19 when the theme of the night will be chocolate.

Our next meeting is on Thursday, March 12 at 7.30pm in the Wulstan Hall when the speaker will be Mr David Berry on the 60s, and he will endeavour to test our memories with a quiz! The competition is for six homemade Easter biscuits. Visitors are most welcome to come and join us.
