imaGine in Evesham’s Market Square has welcomed two new and much needed Volunteers. Vikki Wood and Jane Mason have joined our team and are helping to keep our shelves stocked with books and greet and pass on information to all who come through our doors. January has sped by! We have a new Art Exhibition by local artist Peter Merris who paints purely for pleasure. He was inspired to start painting again after a break of 55 years! His daughter gave him some acrylic paints and brushes for his 70th birthday 4 years ago. Peter says he finds it both relaxing and enjoyable and spends hours creating his own little ‘master pieces.’ His exhibition runs until 6th March please call in and take a look you will not be disappointed.

There will be a seed swap on Saturday, February 7. If you have any old or unused packets of vegetable seeds please bring them along and swap with others. This is a very worthwhile exercise and is a good way of recycling old or unwanted seeds.

Thinkers Corner will take place on Wednesday 11th February 2.30 – 4pm. This is a lively discussion group who debate the important issues of the day and the future and is open to everyone please come along you will be made most welcome.

Saturday, February 14 between 10 - 2pm sees the return of our monthly Repair Cafe where our experts are on hand to try and mend your broken items. We have had success with radios, computers, garden equipment, vacuum cleaners, bikes, clothing plus lots more.

On Saturday, February 14 between 2 - 4pm we will hold our first FREE IT Support Centre. A free drop in computer literacy tutorial this will also include web design for local business’

2015 is shaping up to be an exciting year at imaGine with many new ideas being explored.
