THE meeting began with sherry mince pies and a chat. The Chairman then introduced Dr Bob, the Magician, who amazed us with his magic. He was warmly thanked.
The Chairman then said how pleased he was that so many members dressed up to enter into the spirit of Christmas. There were 80 members present and it was a very happy atmosphere.
The meeting ended with the special Christmas raffle, there were 20 good quality prizes. The next meeting will be at Peopleton Village Hall on January 28 10.30 am for 11am.
