AN evening of 'Spooky Stories' had members on the edge of their seats. Paul Harding took us down dark passages and into haunted churches around Worcester telling us gruesome tales about familiar landmarks. Sadly there were no carved pumpkins present for the competition, Kathy was declared the winner with her alternative entry a splendid Halloween waistcoat! The meeting ended with a rousing chorus of Happy Birthday to Betty who had appropriately won the raffle.
In November we welcome Doctor Richard Churchley to tell us about Folklore and Songs of the West Midlands. Come in good voice as there will be audience participation. Sue and Sally are inviting us to take part in Chocolate Bingo in December
Do come and see us second Tuesday of every month we have amazing speakers and lots of fun.
