THE Pershore and District Friendship Club is a mixed club that meet at Peopleton Village Hall on the fourth Wednesday in the month at 10.30am for 11am.
The aim of the club is to promote friends and friendships.
There was no speaker at the September meeting which took the form of a social, it was a very happy meeting and refreshments were provided by ladies of the committee. Members brought gifts to trade and £75 was collected for Alzheimer's charity.
We also meet for a coffee morning and a pub lunch through the month.
The next meeting will be on October 22. Visitors and new members will be made very welcome.
