Skittles - ‘A’ team battle for a final win

NOMADS ‘A’ won the Evesham and District League King Pin five-a-side finals.
They recorded 175 ahead of runners-up Buccaneers (170), Donegalers ‘B’ 169 and Badsey Lads ‘B’ 134.
Donegalers’ Jo Harvey retained her women’s singles title with a 48-39 victory over Littleton FC’s Rachel Tranter at the Ambassador Club.
To get to the final, Harvey beat Ann Tranter (Littleton FC) 43-42, Jill Moulder (Donegalers) 53-46 and Maggie Dunsby (Bees Knees) 43- 40. Tranter saw off Doreen Cope (Bees Knees) 42-40, Rita Walker (Double Diamonds) 52-51 and Rachel Roberts (Oddballs) 44-42.
Hampton WMC and Nomads meet in the Knock-Out final next Thursday
