A MORETON-IN-MARSH motorist has been banned for three years after he admitted driving while disqualified.
Jon McMullan, 40, of Anson Close, Moreton-in-Marsh pleaded guilty when he appeared before Cheltenham magistrates.
He was stopped by police in his Audi A3 in Edinburgh Place, Cheltenham on August 4, the court heard.
McMullan also admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Quedgeley on the same day.
He was fined £70, ordered to pay prosecution costs of £45 and made the subject of a community order for 12 months.
