WOMEN who are considering setting up a business are being invited to take part in a course subsided by Chipping Campden School.

The programme, titled 'Cotswold Women in Business', runs at Chipping Campden School and offers courses to support women in starting their business.

The courses teach business, presentation and marketing skills, while helping women balance their responsibilities in both work and home life.

Julia Medhurst, who launched a reflexology business, said: "The course was empowering and very supportive without letting me avoid the difficult and challenging bits. It helped me out of my comfort zones to really develop my ideas and identify what’s next."

The sessions start on Wednesday, January 18 and run between 9.30am to 2.30pm each week until Wednesday, March 22.

The courses are subsidised with two full bursaries available for eligible participants.
