A STOW fashion shop has presented a cheque for £889.77 to a local charity which helps children with leukaemia.
Fat Face chose to donate a portion of its profits on Black Friday to charity and the Stow branch picked the Sam Pilcher Trust.
Sam, from Upper Slaughter, was just 11 when he died of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in June 2010.
During his illness he started fundraising to help other children and his legacy has been continued by his parents, Colin and Teresa Pilcher.
Details of the Trust and the work it does can be found at: www.sampilchertrust.org.uk
