A FREE dog microchipping workshop organised through South Warwickshire Police is taking place at Sheldon Bosley Hub, in Shipston.
From early April the law is changing and all dogs must be chipped and the data kept up to date, with fines handed out for those who do not comply.
The free chipping date is February 3 between 10.30am and 1.30pm and anyone interested in taking advantage of the offer should make an appointment in advance by ringing 01789 267 575. This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Any subsequent appointments will then be charged at £5 plus VAT per dog.
