THERE was a chocolate treat in store for members of Blockley WI when their April meeting hosted Yvonne Everest from The Chocolate Tree.
Members were shown how Yvonne made her hand-made Belgian chocolate creations in the Cotswolds and learned about how the bean crop affects the flavour of the chocolate from year to year.
After sampling white, milk, dark and caramel chocolate there was some brisk trading of all the samples that had been brought along.
The WI meets on the first Thursday of the month in the Heritage Centre at 7.30pm. At May's meeting, members are continuing a theme they began last year with their own version of Desert Island Discs.
