LOVERS of food and drink are being sought by research company, Campden BRI, to join its consumer tasting panel in Leamington Spa.

Taste tests are conducted on a regular basis throughout the year, where panellists are asked to taste food and drink products in exchange for a cash payment or shopping vouchers up to £50.

Typically, a tasting test will take an hour and participants may be asked to join a focus group or complete an online survey.

"Consumer testing is crucial to the food and drink industry," said Janetta Hylands, consumer testing services manager at Campden BRI.

"All the information that we collect from a tasting session provides invaluable feedback to food and drink producers as they strive to develop new and innovative products that will appeal to consumers."

Tasting sessions take place at different times to make it easier for panellists to take part. Participants can stay on the panel for as long, or short as they wish without obligation.
