VALE Connection Ladies A cappella Chorus sang at the Shakespeare Hospice Stratford on May 24 to support one of our members Kate who is currently undergoing treatment for a brain tumour and who goes to the hospice once a week if she is well enough. It was lovely to see Kate again and have her join in with some of the songs. She particularly asked for Jiva Jive as a thank you to all the hospice volunteers who bring refreshments to the visitors. The hospice has a lovely tranquil setting and garden and offers some relaxing time and a variety of activities to suit the individual needs.
The chorus meet weekly on a Thursday evening at 7.30pm at St Mary and St Egwin Community Hall, High Street, Evesham WR11 4EJ. New members welcome.
We are bookable for sing outs, weddings and special events and have a good repertoire of songs to suit a variety of occasions.
