"WE want a little of your money" sang Musyck Anon at their Christmas concert last Friday. The audience clearly took these words to heart and the retiring collection raised the magnificent sum of £300 for Caring Hands in the Vale. Thank you to everyone who came along and gave so generously, to members of Oat Street Chapel who hosted the event and provided the refreshments, and to Steve from Caring Hands who spoke about the charity.
Our next event is tonight (21st). We will be performing carols and festive songs, interspersed with seasonal readings from actor, Geoff Hales. Complimentary mulled wine and mince pies will be served. Tickets cost £5 and can be bought on the door or by phoning 01386 446944.
