Songs are being rehearsed and given a final polish, costumes are being ironed and music is being put in order - with just 10 days to go, the countdown to the Musyck Anon summer concert has begun. Our concert will take place at St. Lawrence's Church, Evesham on Sunday, July 15 at 3pm. We'll be singing a wide variety of unaccompanied music, including songs sung at the first performance of Shakespeare's 'The tempest, 16th century madrigals, Victorian part songs and the spiritual 'The road home'. There will also be solos and duets from members of the choir. Entry is free with a retiring collection for the Churches Conservation Trust which looks after St. Lawrence's. Come along and enjoy beautiful music in a beautiful church.
