Our meeting for March started with general news and welcoming members and a guest, and sending best wishes to Diane and Gill for a speedy recovery. We also wished three members happy birthday with cards. This months meeting was a talk and slide show from The Vale Landscapes Heritage Trust by Graham Farmer about the history of the lands of Evesham and surrounding area and its wildlife.

We have two teams entered into the WFWI quiz on April 26 and our may meeting is the AGM where we will be having a competition with a small prize and members can make or craft items to celebrate 100 years of WI. Our next meeting on April 14 is a talk on the history of pub signs. Some members meet every Tuesday morning at Amber cafe at 10.30 for a coffee and chat, we also have a book club.

There is a change of date for the relay for life to 1st and 2nd of September where some members help to serve teas.

You can follow us on twitter or Facebook and any new members will be warmly welcomed.
