A SPECIALIST home care provider is relocating to a new Alcester head office.

Helping Hands has moved to a new 19,500 sq ft premises on Arden Forest Industrial Estate.

The firm, founded in 1989, provides homecare services, from companionship to complex nursing-led live-in, across England and Wales.

The new head office has been taken on a 10 year lease and will enable Helping Hands to consolidate a number of smaller local offices and accommodate the continuing growth of the business.

Lance Turner, associate at Bruton Knowles in Worcester, advised Helping Hands on the acquisition and has been retained to acquire additional premises for the company in Worcester.

Bruton Knowles’ building consultancy team is project managing the fit out of the new head office, which is due for completion in March.

Tim Lee, who runs the firm with brother Ben, said: "This move represents an extremely exciting phase in our development.

“This investment, alongside our carer centre of excellence and the existing premises in Church Street, reinforces our commitment as a local employer and gives us an excellent foundation on which to serve the growing demand for quality homecare."
