MORE chefs have been added to the list of top names giving food demonstrations at The Big Feastival at Alex James’ Cotswold farm.

Joining the line-up is Mark Hix, who will be bringing his Fishdog van to the site, Australian restaurateur and food writer Bill Granger, and the head chef at London’s The Cinnamon Club, Rakesh Ravindran Nair, who will be showing his flair for Indian cooking over the festival weekend.

There will also be a host of music during the weekend including Paloma Faith, The Noisettes, The Cuban Brothers, Texas, Razorlight and Guillemots.

The Feastival takes place on Saturday and Sunday, September 1 and 2, at former Blur man Alex James’ farm near Kingham, Oxfordshire.
