EVESHAM United’s new football ground was invaded over the weekend – but not by over-exuberant supporters.
On Friday June 1, 12 caravans moved on to practice pitches.
Jim Cockerton, the club’s chairman said there had been some superficial damage but nothing serious.
“The damage can be repaired, we are just relieved they are gone.”
The group of caravans and mobile homes moved off the ground on Monday.
Yesterday, a group of nine vehicles were spotted parked off Bramley Drive on the nearby Vale Business Park.
