NATURE-lovers will be able to look around some beautiful Cotswold gardens and raise money for Chipping Norton Theatre this weekend.
The theatre’s Friends Association has organised three open garden events with the first one being held on Sunday in Whichford and Ascott, near Long Compton.Visitors can enjoy six gardens from 2.30 pm to 5.30pm as well as folk music, dressing-up, quizzes and a plant sale.
Stephen Birch, head of audience development and marketing, said: “To receive such support is very special. I hope that people will enjoy visiting the different gardens over the next few months.”
The other two events will be held at Chivel Farm, Heythrop, on Sunday, July 22, from 2pm to 6pm and Sibford Gower and Burdrop on Sunday, September 16, from 2pm to 6pm. For more details call the box office on 01608 642350.
