NICK Summersby has applied to West Oxfordshire District Council for planning permission to erect a detached building comprising five stables, a tack room and two storage areas at College Farmhouse, Church Street, Kingham, near Chipping Norton.

The council’s planning officers will decide the application under their delegated powers.
