ADLESTROP recorded a league and friendly double last weekend with a couple of comfortable run chases.
Oakridge were the visitors for Saturday's opening Cotswold District League first division clash and they started brightly as their first pair added 68.
However, when the stand was finally broken, wickets then tumbled regularly as Dan Parker (3-14) and Adrian Vale (3-17) made inroads and the innings subsided to 118-7.
Vale (44) and Sam Keen (24) were the chief contributors in reply as the hosts won by six wickets with nine overs to spare.
Adlestrop made the short journey to Moreton-in-Marsh the next afternoon where they were set 138 for victory.
Henshaw (53) and Hardiman (33) were the Batsford Road club's best batsmen in an innings that subsided late on when five wickets were lost for the addition of just 24 runs.
Keen again shone with the bat with 29 while Matthew Barnes helped out with 32 in a third wicket partnership.
However, it was Dave Moore's arrival at the crease that heralded a swing in away fortunes and he helped Barnes add 55 while rattling up a quickfire 41 as Adlestrop won with a couple of overs to spare.
The double winners entertain Windrush in the league on Saturday prior to a trip to Hath-erley and Reddings for a friendly the next afternoon.
