Local kick boxers in the ring

WARRIOR Promotions presents an evening of full contact action at Evesham Working Men's Club on Sunday.

Doors will open at 5pm for a 6pm start and there will be no fewer than 14 fights on the bill with members from UKCBA clubs from Pershore and Evesham taking on fighters from around the country.

Ricky Glover is taking on Cardiff's Ahmed Agar while other local fighters will be locking horns with opponents from Middlesbrough and Manchester.

Top of the bill is Pershore's Marty Attwood who is out to win a WKA Area title.

The show was originally scheduled for last month but had to be cancelled due to the floods.

Anyone wishing to come along this weekend can either get a ticket from any of the fighters or by ringing 01386 48452. Tickets in advance are £15 or £20 on the night.
