POLICE have arrested a  man on suspicion of conspiracy to commit the murder of Robert Eacock.

A 31-year-old man from Dudley was arrested last night and remains in police custody at this time.

Today a 21-year-old man from the Tipton area of the West Midlands was arrested. He is being held on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Mr Eacock died in hospital on January 29 after suffering a stab wound during an incident on Commercial Street, Hereford at around midday earlier that day.

A post mortem examination has shown Mr Eacock died from a single stab wound.

Anthony Boyd, aged 22, from Willenhall, has already been charged with murder.

He is due to appear for a pre-trial hearing at Worcester Crown Court next month.
