A SCHOOL is celebrating a double success.
Kitebrook Preparatory School in Moreton is now listed in Tatler's Schools Guide 2018 as one of the best independent schools in the country.
Headmistress Susan McLean, joined other headteachers of selected schools at the ceremony at the Landmark London Hotel.
The school also celebrated a silver award for geography from The Primary Geography Mark (PGQM) which aims to raise the quality of the subject in primary schools.
Each school that has achieved the PGQM is actively working to raise the standards of geography teaching and learning for their pupils.
In addition, the first piper, Ross OC Jennings visited the school on his world piping door to spend the day.
He serenaded the children as they arrived at school and during lunch.
