FAILING to provide a specimen of breath for analysis has cost a 60-year-old Broadway woman her driving licence and £1,385.
Verity Norton of Springfield Lane, Broadway, at first denied committing the offence at Quedgeley, nr Gloucester, on January 31, but changed her plea to guilty on the day of her scheduled trial at Cheltenham magistrates court.
She was fined £800, ordered to pay prosecution costs of £500 and banned from driving for 15 months.
