A FLOWER club will be joined by a well-known gardener.
Moreton-in-Marsh Flower Club is in its 60th year and is putting on a varied club programme throughout the year which includes demonstrations from national and regional demonstrators, plant sales, social events, inter-club challenges and club outings.
On Thursday (July 27) the club will be joined by RHS Chelsea 2016 gold medallist Katherine Kear.
She is a national demonstrator, speaker and teacher for NAFAS National Association of Flower Arranging Societies and will be giving a talk with floral aids entitled ‘Tales of an Elizabethan Still Room’.
A special Diamond Anniversary cake will served along with strawberries and a glass of Prosecco.
The club meets on the fourth Thursday of the month, except in August and December at Broadwell Village Hall.
Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start, all are welcome.
