AN 81-year-old man was killed in a three car crash which closed a main road last Friday.
The man, from Salisbury in Wiltshire, died at the scene of the crash on the A429 Fosse Way between Tredington and Moreton-in-Marsh.
His wife, aged 89, was airlifted to hospital in Coventry with serious injuries, where she continues to receive treatment.
Emergency services - including two air ambulances - were called to the scene of the crash, which took place at the Aston Magna turning, near Moreton-in-Marsh, shortly before 1pm on Friday, February 10.
A section of the road was closed by police.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and South Western Ambulance Service were also at the scene, along with the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham.
The man was taken to Warwick Hospital.

South Western Ambulance Service sent three ambulances and a rapid response car, while West Midlands Ambulance Service sent one ambulance and one paramedic officer.
