EBRINGTON and District Gardening Club's November talk was given by Ross Barbour, formerly head gardener at Ragley Hall, and now a garden designer based at Old Court Nurseries, Colwall, near Malvern. His illustrated talk was entitled: ‘Roses need friends too’ in which he explained the importance of Biodiversity in the garden. He emphasised the need for a wide variety of flora and fauna in the garden no matter what its size in order to keep the natural balance of biodiversity.
