THE first North Cotswolds Cello Day proved to be a popular event when it was held at Oddington Village Hall on August 16.
The event was organised by Lois Mattson, a cellist living in Stow, who invited fellow cellists from the surrounding area to join in a day of cello ensemble playing with a lively break for lunch provided.
IOn total, 12 cellists attended, both amateurs and professionals, for a full day of playing and socialising.
