AN Appeal by Parkroy Ltd has been lodged against the refusal of planning permission for 71 dwellings in Willersey.
The application at land south of Collin Lane, includes 35 affordable homes and the appeal is to be dealt with by the Inquiry procedure.
Comments in response to the appeal must be lodged with the planning inspector by September 22. Details can be obtained from the clerk of Willersey Parish Council.
