PUPILS from Dormer House School, near Moreton, showcased their talents when the school held its annual art exhibition.

This year the exhibition was hosted by Charlie Mcfadden at Moreton Gallery and with the help of Dormer House’ art teacher, Julia Burn, each child selected their favourite piece of artwork from this academic year. Each piece was then framed by Kit Havelock- Davies at Wold Gallery.

Headmistress Alison Thomas said: “Pieces ranged from bold mixed media collages and lino prints to delicate soft pastels and watercolours. It was a delight to behold the array of work by so many hard-working, talented children. The children and their parents were justifiably proud of their work.”

Dormer House School would like to thank Mr Mcfadden, who kindly donated prizes and extended his open hours, and Mr Havelock-Davies who selected the ‘framer’s choice’.
