TRIBUTES have been paid to a "loving father" killed in a car accident.
Christopher Ravenhill, aged 45, from Salford Priors, near Evesham, was driving a silver Ford saloon which collided with the central reservation on the A46 near Alcester at 3.25am on Friday, September 5.
In a statement issued through Warwickshire Police, his mother Dolcie, father Ron and brothers Jason and Karl said they were all deeply saddened by the news.
They spoke of how Mr Ravenhill was a loving father to his eight year old daughter Heidi.
Mr Ravenhill had recently studied for a degree within the catering industry and was Head Chef at the Salford Hall Hotel near Evesham.
Angela O’Hare, a manager at the hotel spoke of how she and the staff were all shocked and saddened by his death.
She said Mr Ravenhill's cookery received great reviews and that he had been a great asset to the hotel in the past year.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is urged to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 35 of September 5.
