A SPECIAL graduation ceremony was held for 14 children from a nursery near Shipson.
The event at Winchcombe Farm Day Nursery, in Upper Tysoe, which was attended by proud parents and siblings, saw all the children leaving for ‘big school’ presented with graduation certificates while wearing their hand-crafted mortar board hats.
They were then treated to a party tea in the nursery’s tree house classroom.
Rachel Giorgio, Winchcombe Farm Day Nursery Manager, said: “Although it is very sad to say goodbye to the children leaving us for school this year, it has wonderful to see how they have grown and flourished during their time with us.
“It has been a great privilege to work with all our children and their families who are leaving us this year and we wish them all the best for the future”.
