THE sun shone on the Oddington Fete which was held in the village for the first time for many years.
Visitors enjoyed live music from the North Cotswold Wind Band, stalls children’s and adult races and a dog show at the event held next to the village hall near Stow on June 29.
Highlights also included a demonstration on bee-keeping, pottery making and cake decorating and children were royally entertained by Mr Merry.
Organisers are trying to trace the last class of the Dog Show 'Oddington’s Top Dog' which was won by a young boy with his little terrier.
Susan Watkin said: "He was very pleased to receive his red rosette but we forgot to award him the trophy. His dog was called Diddy. We’d love to present him with the Cup.
