GENEROUS supporters of Ebrington Primary School near Chipping Campden raised £2,500 at a vintage tea party.
Organised by the school's Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA), the event was held on Sunday at Compton Scorpion Manor Gardens, in Ilmington.
It was the first time in eight years the 17th century manor house and gardens has opened its gates to the public.
Parent Claire Alexander said: "We had a great result, raising over £2,500 for Ebrington School and a donation also went to Shipston Home Nursing.
"We had great weather, an absolutely vast amount of homemade cakes and scones and a great turnout with over 350 adults and loads of kids too.
"Ebrington PTFA would like to thank the owners for allowing us access to the gardens for this charitable cause. "
