FOUR fire crews were called to a house fire near Moreton after a blaze broke out in the loft space.
Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service was called just before 3pm yesterday (Wednesday) to Malthouse Lane, Long Compton.
Crews from Shipston attended along with one from Stratford, Moreton and Stow, and found the fire in a two-storey private house.
They spent two hours tackling the blaze using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel.
A spokesman for Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service said was not yet known how the fire started and there was no indication of substantial damage.
He added there were no injuries.
