A PUBLIC exhibition is being held in Chipping Campden for the public to give their views on two new developments.

Hunter Page Planning is hosting the drop-in event in the town hall on Thursday, May 29 from 3pm to 8pm for people to see their reserved matters proposals for Badgers Field and Berrington Mill, in Campden.

Outline plans for eight affordable and eight private homes on land off George Lane were approved on appeal last November despite an outcry from the community.

The plans, originally put forward by Longborough Developments, were previously refused four times by Cotswold District Council’s planning committee and once on appeal.

Meanwhile, outline plans for 26 dwellings with access road, footpaths and associated works on land at Berrington Mill Nurseries, Station Road, were also approved in November.

Representatives will be in attendance from Hunter Page Planning, Spitfire Properties and Lapworth Architects to discuss the proposals which will be presented on consultation boards.
