THIS shiny junior pedal car has been donated by The Morgan Motor Company as a raffle prize at

Kingham Primary School's summer fete.

Visitors at the event which starts at 12.30pm on Saturday, June 28 could be in with the chance of winning the Morgan Supersports car, worth £3,000, in the raffle which will be drawn to celebrate the 10th anniversary since the school’s hall was built.

Organised by Kingham Primary School Association (KPSA), all monies raised through raffle ticket sales will go towards paying for new staging and other items to improve the performing arts department.

Parent Craig Hamilton-Smith, who is a family shareholder in the Morgan Motor Company and the great grandson of HFS Morgan who designed and built the first iconic Morgan three-wheeler in 1909, said: “We are thrilled to be able to give away this fantastic Morgan pedal car which will give years of enjoyment to any family and help raise much needed funds for the school, ”

Suitable for six to 13-year-olds, the pedal car has a three-speed crank, similar to a recumbent bicycle, and comes with working lights and hand stitched adjustable seating.

Raffle tickets, which costs £1, are available from Kingham Stores, Cotswold Art Supplies in Stow, the Cotswolds Newsagents in Chipping Norton and from the Morgan Motor Company at Malvern Link.
