PLANT pots were painted and Primulas planted at a Cotswold garden centre just in time for Mother's Day this weekend.
Children went along to Fosseway Garden Centre, in Moreton, onSaturday to join in the fun and make a personal gift for their mums.
The idea was started by garden centre owner, Gill Godwin, in 2000 and has been running ever since with great success.
Husband and co-owner Tim Godwin said: “It was great to see so many youngsters getting involved and creating something special for their mums.
"These are the gardeners of the future – it’s important that we encourage them”.
