A CONTROVERSIAL planning inquiry into Cotswold District Council’s (CDC) non-determination of an application to build 146 new homes in Stow is resuming tomorrow (Tuesday).
Members of the public will be able to attend the four-day inquiry which will be held in the Council Chamber at the council’s Trinity Road headquarters in Cirencester.
As previously reported, applicant Bovis Homes lodged an appeal last October on the grounds of CDC’s non-determination of the outline plans to build on land to the east of Griffin Close, near Oddington Road.
It was adjourned from January to allow the parties time to respond to specific questions he raised regarding the calculation of the five year housing land supply figure.
