GET fit and raise some money by taking part in a 24-hour spinathon taking place in the Cotswolds next weekend.
On Friday, March 28, the event will begin at RapidFX Fitness Studio in Draycott at 6pm and will see bikers cycle in support of the SMA Trust, which funds research into Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
Cyclists can book bikes to take part in the event for any length of time between 1 hour and 24 hours and it will cost £50 for a team or £5 for an individual.
Sponsor forms can be collected from the studio in Draycott Business Village or from Personal Best Fitness in Chipping Campden.
And Shipston Dental Practice have donated a prize for the person that cycles the furthest in one hour.
